Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy :

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform the Grayss online shop, Kölner Str. 68, 40764 Langenfeld, phone: 02173/148237, email: info@grayss.de by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or email Mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this. However, this is not mandatory. You can also use the contact form on our website to electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear statement. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) confirmation of receipt of your revocation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequence of the revocation:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheap standard delivery offered by us ), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You must pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please ensure that the goods reach us in perfect condition and suitable for re-renting/ reselling.

Attention: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

   We will automatically arrange any repayments to the account you used for payment.
6. Statutory liability for defects and further information
   6.1 The statutory liability for defects applies.
   6.2 The use of the offers available on www.grayss.com is possible for persons who are at least 18 years old.
   6.3 Each customer is only entitled to maintain one customer account with Grayss at the same time. We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations.
