We offer returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Please make sure to meet this deadline so that we can accept the return.

To register a return you have the following two options.

If you have a customer account, you can request a return through it.

Otherwise, you can also send us an email and register the return and request a return slip.

Please pack everything as you received it. If you return the entire order, please remember to also return the items you received as a gift with the order, otherwise you will be charged for them.
