General terms and conditions of business

1. SCOPE

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. CONTRACTUAL PARTNER, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CORRECTION OPTIONS

The purchase contract is concluded with Grayss.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a non-binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. CONTRACT LANGUAGE, CONTRACT TEXT STORAGE

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Subject matter of the contract, conclusion of the contract

4.1 The goods offered in our shop do not constitute a legally binding offer for sale, but an invitation to submit an offer to conclude a purchase contract (depending on the invitation) under the terms of these General Terms and Conditions.
4.2 The goods are new. Any defects, such as slight soiling or repairs, will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the ordering process by Grayss.
4.3 The goods can initially be placed in the shopping cart without obligation and the entries can be corrected at any time before submitting a binding order using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose. By ticking a box, the customer confirms that the information he has provided is true and complete and that he has read these terms and conditions, the data protection declaration and the cancellation policy. By clicking on the "Pay now" button, the customer makes a binding offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. The customer then receives a confirmation of receipt email from us, with which we confirm receipt of the order and inform him of the content and scope of the statutory right of cancellation in the event of a contract being concluded, as well as the legally required information about Grayss as his potential contractual partner. This email does not constitute acceptance of the offer to conclude a contract. If the goods are not available, the customer will receive a corresponding notification by email within 7 working days. A contract will then not be concluded in this respect. If the goods are available, we accept the offer to conclude a purchase contract by sending the ordered goods to the delivery address provided by the customer and the contract is concluded. Our delivery conditions in accordance with Section 6 of these General Terms and Conditions apply to the delivery. The customer receives a shipping confirmation from Grayss by email.
4.4 The goods will be delivered according to the information in the shop.

5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more detailed information on any shipping costs in the offers.

You generally have the option of picking up your order from Oksana Grauer, Kölner Str. 68, 40764 Langenfeld, Germany during the following business hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

We also deliver to packing stations.

6. PAYMENT

In our shop you can generally use the following payment methods:

If you choose to pay in advance, we will send you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

credit card
When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.

PayPal, PayPal Express
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

7. RESERVATION OF TITLE

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found on the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
